Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped frozen onions, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 lb. chopped shrimp and 1 lb. crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onions in the butter until tender.
Add water until it boils.
Add seafood.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, then take seafood out and put in a bowl.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper.
Simmer 4 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add milk and half and half and bring to a boil.
Take off heat.
Stir in cheese.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Put seafood back in.
Stir and serve.
Serves 10 (1 cup) servings.
