Made with 1 lb. lump crab meat, pick and remove shells, 1 b. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 c. creamed mushroom or shrimp soup, 3/4 c. whole milk and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend soup with milk until smooth.

Add into mixture red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, black pepper, salt and parsley.

Stir mixture well.

Fold in shrimp and crab meat.

Keep lumps as whole as possible.

Pour into a greased casserole.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter or margarine.

(I use "Shedd's Country Crock.")

Bake in 375Β° oven for 35 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
