Cook onions, celery and pepper in oil until they are clear. In baking dish, add milk and butter and spread on bottom.

Add layer of noodles.

Add layer of celery, onions and pepper.

Add layer of English peas, then add soup.

Add shrimp and crab meat. As you make these layers, at this point, add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Add a little of the sherry.

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

Cook in oven at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Add buttered cracker crumbs just before taking the casserole out of the oven.
