Sea Legs Casserole
Sea Legs Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. cooking sherry, 1 c. chicken bouillon and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add cooking sherry.
Mix flour with water to make paste.
Add to chicken bouillon.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into mushrooms and cook over medium heat to thicken. Do not boil, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Add sea legs and sour cream.
Heat to warm.
Serve over rice.
