Scandinavian Fruit Pudding
Scandinavian Fruit Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. granulated sugar and 1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir in the granulated sugar.
Fold in fruit cocktail and drained pineapple.
Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
Turn into a buttered 9-inch square baking dish.

Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
