Scalloped Salmon
Scalloped Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 25 saltine crackers, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crush saltines with a rolling pin; measure 2 cups crumbs. Melt butter over low heat.
Saute onion in butter.
Combine with saltines, parsley and pepper.
Place 1/2 the mixture in bottom of lightly oiled 8-inch pie pan.
Spoon in salmon.
Cover with remaining crumbs; add milk.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 20 minutes.
