Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) fresh oysters, 1 pt. half and half and crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
The liquid from the oysters and mix it with half and half; season pepper and a few drops of Tabasco. Butter x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
Crumb 1/2-inch crackers in bottom of dish.
Put in a layer of oysters.
Pour 1/2 liquid over and dot with butter.
Put in 1/4-inch layer of crackers, a layer of oysters and remaining liquid. Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with finely crushed crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
