Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an impressive dinner. Made with 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 small chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in corn and egg.
Pour into an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.
Stir cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter together; sprinkle over corn.
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
