Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. undrained whole kernel corn, 1/2 c. light cream, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain corn and enough cream to make 1 cup.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add liquid gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in corn and eggs.
Pour into a greased 10 x 6-inch casserole dish. Mix melted butter into crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
