Scallop Broil
Scallop Broil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. scallops, 1 clove garlic, cut, 6 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Rub the bottom and sides of a shallow baking dish or pie pan with the garlic; add half the melted butter and swish around. Arrange the scallops in the dish, season with salt, pepper and a little cayenne.
Dust slightly with flour and paprika.
Pour remaining butter over scallops.
Cook under boiler for 10 minutes or until golden.
