Savory Stuffed Zucchini
Savory Stuffed Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium zucchini, salt and pepper, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash zucchini; cook in boiling salt water 5 minutes.
Cut squash in half lengthwise.
Scoop out seed, discard.
Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper.
Melt butter, add meat, celery and onions; cook, stirring until brown.
Add sauce and bread crumbs, mix well.
Spoon mixture into cavity or squash; place in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
