Savory Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 40 mushrooms (medium size), washed, caps whole, stems removed, 1/2 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. rosemary and freshly ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring bouillon to a boil.
Add washed wild rice; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove from heat.
Saute mushroom caps in butter.
Mix rice, almonds, herbs and spices and fill mushroom caps.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Bake on cookie sheet at 300Β° for 15 minutes.
May easily be prepared a day prior to re-heating.
