Savory Beef Mushroom Burgers
Savory Beef Mushroom Burgers is an impressive dinner. Combine chuck, cereal, onions, coarsely ground pepper, garlic milk in a medium bowl; stir well.
Divide mixture into portions, shaping into a 3/4-inch thick patty.
Patties aside.
Combine cornstarch and 2 teaspoons water, stirring until cornstarch dissolves; set mixture aside. Coat a small nonstick skillet with vegetable spray; place over medium
Add sliced mushrooms and saute until tender.
Remove mushrooms skillet set aside.
Add cornstarch mixture, remaining 1/2 cup water, bouillon granules and
1/8 teaspoon pepper to skillet; cook over medium high heat until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Return mushrooms to skillet
Remove from heat and keep warm. Broil patties 7 inches from heat for 3 minutes on each side or to desired degree doneness.
Over patties, sprinkle with parsley.

4 servings, about 267 calories per patty and 3 tablespoons sauce.
