Sausage Stuffed Shells

Prick sausage with fork and parboil in small amount of water in covered skillet for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Chop sausage and fry along with onion.
Spoon off excess fat.
Add egg, bread and parsley and mix thoroughly.
Fill hot parboiled shells with sausage mixture.
Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, topping with spaghetti sauce.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove foil.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more.
