Layer bread in well-greased large pan.

Spread Cheddar cheese over bread.

Place sausage or ham on top of cheese.

Beat eggs; combine with milk, dry mustard and mushroom soup.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Place in cold oven and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours until brown.
