Sausage Pinwheels is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted plain flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. baking powder (if using sweet milk), 1/4 tsp. soda and 1 lb. pork sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Roll dough into an 18 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread pork sausage over dough, leaving 1/2 inch margin on all sides (may add grated cheese, if desired).
Carefully roll dough lengthwise, jelly roll fashion.
Pinch seam and ends to seal.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Slice dough into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange 1 inch apart on baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until browned.
