Sausage Pasta Soup
Sausage Pasta Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sweet sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up, 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can beef broth and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove casing from sausage.
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown sausage and onion.
Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, broth and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add rotini; simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
Best if made the day before and pasta added the second day.
