Sausage Egg Casserole
Sausage Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 hard cooked eggs, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 1 lb. sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice 2 of the eggs into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
In a sauce pan melt butter, blend in flour, 1/2 tsp. and dash pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Cook sausage: drain.
Stir sausage and corn into sauce, pour over eggs.
Slice remaining eggs: arrange atop mixture.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
