Sausage Cheese Casserole
Sausage Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, broken into bite size pieces, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb. sausage, fried, crumbled and drained, 4 eggs and 2 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put bread on bottom, next the cheese and then sausage.
Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk; pour over casserole.
Mix 1/2 cup milk, mustard and soup together and pour over all.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Put in cold oven; turn to 300Β° and bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes longer.
