Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 2 c. (4 oz.) fine noodles, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Form sausage into balls about the size of a large marble; flatten into patties.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine patties, noodles, green pepper and chopped pimiento.
Heat and stir soup; add crumbled Blue cheese.
Stir until melted.
Pour over noodle mixture; top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
