Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 4 pieces loaf bread, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage and drain well.
Spray casserole pan with Pam. Tear up bread; pour the browned sausage over the bread and mix eggs with milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over bread and sausage.
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
Cook for 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
(Best to prepare the night before and cook in the morning.)
