Sausage-Beef Casserole
Sausage-Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 sweet italian sausages (1 lb.), 1 lb. beef chuck, in 1-inch cubes, 1 large, sliced onion, 2 medium cloves garlic, minced and 2 medium green peppers, seeded and cut into eighths, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown sausages and beef chuck cubes in electric skillet.
Add onion, garlic, green peppers, potatoes, kidney beans, basil, salt and pepper.
Add bouillon and cook at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check from time to time.
Add more bouillon if needed. Juices may be thickened for gravy.
