Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 green pepper, diced, 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, drained and chopped and 1/2 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients, except vinegar and sugar.
Heat vinegar and sugar in a saucepan to boiling.
Pour over all ingredients and mix well.
