👨‍🍳 Instructions

Drain the sauerkraut and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large saucepan, sauté mushrooms, peppers and onions in a little butter until soft. Add sauerkraut, tomatoes and sliced sausage mixing well after each addition.

Place in a covered dish and bake for 1 hour.

If casserole is too juicy, uncover and bake for additional 30 minutes.
