Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can (27 oz.) sauerkraut, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry sausage and onions, breaking sausage into small pieces, until brown.
Drain.
Drain sauerkraut and squeeze dry.
Add to sausage mixture with 1/4 cup bread crumbs, cream cheese, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and chill overnight.
Place flour for coating balls in a pie plate.
Place eggs and 2 tablespoons water in shallow bowl, beating lightly to combine.
