Saucy Meatballs
Saucy Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2/3 c. grated cheese, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 egg lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl combine beef, cheese, bread crumbs, milk and egg; mix well and form into balls, about 20 balls.
Brown in a large pan with oil. Cook and drain excess fat.
Sprinkle flour over meatballs stirring gently to coat. On medium heat combine; tomatoes sauce and salt. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes or until sauce is desired thickness. Serve meatballs and sauce over cooked noodles.
