Sauce Piquant
Sauce Piquant is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 onions, 6 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 large bell peppers, chopped, 2 pieces celery, chopped and 8 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix and cook the first five ingredients.
Cook until transparent.
Then add remaining ingredients, except meat.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add shrimp, oysters, chicken, etc., individually or combinations.
Don't thin sauce unless necessary.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Cook until done, stirring often.
Serve over rice.
