Sante Fe Mushrooms
Sante Fe Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 medium size, fresh mushrooms, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/4 c. sour cream, 3 tbsp. sliced green onions and 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Clean mushrooms; remove center portions.
Mix Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, parsley and chilies together.
Stuff mixture into center of each mushrooms.
Melt butter with garlic and brush onto mushroom caps.
