Salmon with Black Bean Sauce
Salmon With Black Bean Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Cut peppers, carrot and squash into julienne strips.
Trim tops of scallions off to one inch above white parts.
Place one salmon fillet in center of each of 4 large aluminum foil squares. Coat each fillet generously with black bean sauce.
Top with 1/4 of each vegetable.
Fold up salmon packets securely.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until salmon is flaky.
