Salmon Soufflé
Salmon Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. salmon, drained and flaked (two 15 oz. red salmon), 2 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. mayo, 1 c. milk and 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix ingredients together except egg whites.
In separate bowl beat the 2 egg whites until stiff.
Fold in the beaten egg whites. Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Top with 1 cup cracker crumbs that have been tossed with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
