Salmon Soufflé
Salmon Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can red salmon, bread cubes, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a buttered 1-quart casserole, alternate a layer of flaked salmon with a layer of bread cubes until salmon is all used, ending with a top layer of bread cubes.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over salmon and bread cubes mixture.
Bake in a 375° oven until mixture rises and is browned on top (approximately 45 minutes).
