Salmon Puffs
Salmon Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked salmon, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chop salmon fine. Add salt, pepper, crumbs and lemon juice. Add beaten egg yolks, mixing thoroughly, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place in greased custard cups.
Set in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Unmold on a hot platter. Garnish each with a sprig of parsley and serve with a sauce.
