Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pink salmon, 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. cornmeal, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
Remove skins & bones from salmon.
Flake with fork and set aside.
Combine cracker crumbs and reserved liquid; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in salmon, cornmeal, and next 3 ingredients.
Shape salmon mixture into patties.
Fry patties in hot oil over medium heat until browned, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
