Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. grated velveeta cheese, 1 c. soft bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain salmon; reserve liquid.
Remove skin and bones, keeping meat in large walnut-sized chunks.
Combine salmon and remaining ingredients with hands, taking care not to break salmon pieces. Add reserved salmon liquid.
Place in buttered casserole; set casserole in pan of water.
Bake at 350Β°.
Serve with baked potatoes, green beans, cabbage salad and corn bread.
