Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. liquid, 2 tsp. chopped onion and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
Blend in eggs. Stir in liquid from salmon plus milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
If desired, the lemon juice may be omitted.
