Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, 1/4 c. cracker crumbs, 3 tsp. melted margarine, 1 c. tomato juice and 1 small chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove dark skin and bones from salmon.
Flake with fork.
Add cracker crumbs, margarine, tomato juice, onions, paprika and salt to salmon.
Mix well.
Separate egg yolks to salmon mixture.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
