Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 2 c. milk, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/3 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat milk and bread in a saucepan until bread is dissolved. Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Put salmon in a bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over salmon.
Add beaten eggs to milk mixture.
Add onions and celery.
Pour over salmon and mix thoroughly.
Put in flat pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Bake at 375Β° for about 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 12.
