Salmon Fritters
Salmon Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained (reserve liquid), milk, 1 c. biscuit mix, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain salmon (reserve liquid).
Add milk to liquid to make 1/2 cup.
Add to biscuit mix, along with egg and lemon juice.
Blend in salmon and vegetables; season with salt.
Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat, at 375Β°.
Fry until brown on both sides (about 3 minutes).
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with tartar sauce.
