Salmon Fritters
Salmon Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, 1 c. water, salt to taste, pepper to taste and small amount of flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon. Add the water and salt and pepper to taste. Add enough flour sifted with the baking powder to make a batter of the proper consistency.
Fry in hot lard or oil.
These fritters are improved by the addition of 1 well beaten egg in which case a little less water is used.
