Salmon Croquettes Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. toasted bread crumbs, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
Flake salmon with fork. Add remaining ingredients, except for flour and oil.
Blend well and shape mixture in balls.
Coat with flour.
Pan fry in hot oil or until golden brown.
