Salmon Burgers
Salmon Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, 3/4 c. quick oats (uncooked), 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. minced parsley (fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain and flake salmon.
Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Pan-fry on both sides until golden brown.
