Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine 1/4 cup soup and rest of ingredients (except water). Mix thoroughly.
Shape into patties.
Place in shallow dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Combine remaining soup and water; pour over meat.
Bake 10 minutes more.
