Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef (lean), 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. cornflake or cracker crumbs and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except soup.
Roll mixture into small patties and then roll in flour. Brown on all sides in a skillet with small amount of oil. Place patties in a casserole dish and pour mushroom soup over patties. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
