Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg.
Firmly shape into 6 patties.
Over medium-high heat, heat 10-inch skillet until very hot.
Add patties; cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour off fat.
Stir in remaining soup and water.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
