Salata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 very ripe tomatoes, diced, 6 green onions, sliced small, 6 cloves garlic, crushed, 1/8 c. vegetable oil and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Hand crush tomatoes to render juice.
Add green onions, garlic, oil and vinegar to tomatoes; mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in refrigerator at least two hours; the longer the better.
