Salad Maison
Salad Maison is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce (romaine or butter variety), broken into pieces, washed and chilled, 1 hard-boiled egg, quartered, 1 small clove garlic, 2 sprigs parsley and 1 tsp. tarragon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a food processor, process the egg and set aside (use steel blade).
With machine running, drop the garlic and process until minced.
Add parsley and process until chopped.
Add all remaining ingredients except egg and lettuce.
Process until well blended.
Toss with lettuce and sprinkle with egg on top.
