Ruth's Frozen Fruit Salad
Ruth'S Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filing, 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 2/3 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl combine milk and pie filling.
Add the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple; add nuts.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover and freeze.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Serves 12 to 15.
