Ruth Lyons' Wine Jelly
Ruth Lyons' Wine Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. wine, 3 c. sugar, 1 c. certo fruit pectin and few drops food coloring, if desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix wine and sugar in top part of double boiler.
Place over boiling water.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat. Stir in Certo (and food coloring, if desired) immediately.
Pour into jelly glasses.
Cover with 1/8-inch melted paraffin.
Cover with lids when cool.
