Rutabaga Spinach Medley
Rutabaga Spinach Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach soufflé, thawed (look in the section of stouffer's frozen foods), 1 medium rutabaga (1 1/2 lb.), peeled, cubed and cooked, 1/3 c. margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rutabaga 25 minutes or until tender and drain well.
In a large bowl, beat rutabaga on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Beat in margarine, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Fold in thawed spinach soufflé.
Turn mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
