Russian Teacakes
Russian Teacakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.
Measure flour by sifting.
Blend flour and salt; stir into butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Chill at least 2 hours.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes while still warm.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Cool and roll in sugar again.
Makes 4 dozen.
